him being a result-oriented contributor with cross-functional skills.

Bindu Balakrishnan is the Vice President of Marketing and Outreach. She comes to ManTra with over 16 years of results driven work experience, strong communication skills, a rich client engagement record, demonstrated strategic ability to reduce the sales cycle and a strong commitment to providing quality service to our clients.
Prior to working at ManTra, Bindu was a Territory Manager at Eli Lilly Ranbaxy and worked in the United States of America for over 10 years as a technical professional in the IT industry.
To provide strategic and targeted trainings and consulting solutions to help our clients manage their organizations efficiently and achieve their people, career and resource management goals.
To empower our clients to become effective managers at every level and across different domains by providing them with the required skills, resources and capabilities.
